​
Unicity was formed in 2001 by the merger of two successful network marketing companies: Rexall Showcase International and Enrich International.
The Rexall Drug Company started the first chain of "franchise" drug stores and has been a recognized brand for more than 100 years ago in the United States. Rexall Showcase International, the network marketing division of Rexall was an eleven-year-old company at the time it merged with Enrich International which during the merger Enrich International was an eighteen-year-old company. Both companies were recognized leaders in the preventive healthcare, anti-aging, and wellness markets.​
Unicity International has exposure in the U.S., Canada, Venezuela, Colombia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Mexico, The Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Brunei, and the United Kingdom.
